The best tasting trout are the 12 to 17" rainbows out of Blue Springs Creek or Mill Creek . You can tell by their taste that they have been in the creek all their lives, YUM! Possessing, transporting, and storing fish The fish you catch in Missouri, or elsewhere, may be possessed and transported as your personal baggage, if you have the required permit. Fish may be stored, preserved or refrigerated only at your home, camp, place of lodging or in a commercial establishment. Stored fish must be labeled with your full name, address, permit number, species of fish and the date placed in storage. Fish taken in another state by methods not permitted in Missouri may not be possessed on waters of the state. likinmo 1 “If a cluttered desk is a sign, of a cluttered mind, of what then, is an empty desk a sign?”- Albert Einstein

What sux is anyone of those things not done could result in a fine...or at the very least harassment from your local GW.....To me thats alittle overkill on the labeling but thats just me.
