I am bringing a big pot of posole.  I know Matt is bringing deer and duck and mac and cheese. Got this feeling that we wont be in danger or starvation.  #worriedaboutnosalad

Waaaayyyyy back in posts #1 and #2 in this thread, the suggestion was fish fry Friday night, Muddy's BBQ Saturday night.  Thursday night is grazing on whatever is available, and it sounds like there is plenty to graze on.

There will be 16 pounds of pulled pork for Saturday night! And I’ll be picking up the country style ribs for the smoker that Ham is bringing! How many total are we going to have Saturday night? Just trying to figure how many pounds of ribs to bring. Or maybe better yet Ham how much does your smoker hold?

 Rob and I will also have assorted meat and cheese platter will bring by tonight!

If you need the pork for tonight I need to know ASAP I guess there’s some confusion on my part about what’s happening on Saturday. Don’t want to have too much pork if  gotmuddy Has Saturday covered for barbecue can someone call me or text me at 515-441-0893

Took a ride in the wayback machine. I posted some options, no one decided.  I am MORE than happy to cook fajitas saturday night if needed.

Cooker is loaded boys bringing some flathead with potatoes to wedge up if wanted.   Got meal and salt and pans.  Think of something else let me know. I'll be there early in the morning is the plan

There was a shortage of SALAD! due to the absence of SIO3.... When the doc says my cholesterol is up it is his fault..... unless he is investing in drug companies he needs to plan ahead better next year.....
