   Smothers Brothers Besides the comedy they actually are great folk singers.

I saw the Moody Blues at the same venue as we saw James Taylor. That was a good concert.

Never saw Pink Floyd but saw both David Gilmour and Roger Waters separately. Eric Clapton was playing with Waters on that tour. Saw Clapton on his own tour later.

My parents left me at my great aunt/uncle's house and off they went.   I was too young to understand until I hit my teens, but there was termoil about what they were going to do with me if my parents never came back.   It was a genuine concern and I overheard the phone conversations, and overheard my Aunt and Uncle discussing it in the kitchen. There were no phone calls from them or anything....they just left and said they'd be back in a few days.    They made it back almost a month later than they intended to.   I sure was happy to see them.  My aunt, uncle, and grandparents on both sides were PISSED! 

I have pictures they brought back.  In one of the pics my dad is passed out on a soaking wet cot next to a graffiti covered peanut truck with a pistol on his hip and a flower in his belly button.

I’ve been to dozens of concerts starting in the 70’s.  Back then they had acid rescue onsite.   You don’t see that now.

I've been to way more concerts than I ever wanted to go to.  My past girlfriend's and my first wife were all big-time concert goers.  I've always hated crowds and the actual quality of the sound at most concerts sucks balls.  I ran with a bunch of musicians growing up, and they hated all concerts... Except for their own, of course.....but those sucked too.   They always sounded 10x better during practice sessions or jam party's.
