I'm not opposed to postponing, nor am I opposed to continuing on. If safety is a factor we definitely need to put that into consideration. I would still be willing to pay my fee if it was canceled and we have to pay.

I agree Daryk and John.  Safety first for sure.  I don't mind tough conditions, but Ham mentioning unfishable water has me worried...

They mentioned possibly moving to Taney which I'm also not opposed to obviously

and if it came down to it being cancelled that's likely where our group would head to instead...

For what is worth, and I am not a local. . . .Watching weather.com shows Saturday being the worst day.  Temps during the day look to remain above freezing.   My main concern is the water status.  

I have never fished the legendary White, so I am really excited.  But as I am riding with HKJesters, I will go where he takes me.  As long as he is taking me fishing!

I can go down to Cotter and look at the water at lunch time if it will assuage fears. I will be there this weekend if it means fishing by myself.
