Seems like the best date in February as far as working with everyone's schedules.  

I will also throw out the 1st weekend in March as another choice.

Plan on the weekend that most folks can go. I may be able to do the first weekend in March if that is a viable option.

My son in law bought his wife a vacuum cleaner for Christmas once.  She threw it in the front yard.  True story.

    I bought Mrs. BilletHead a trolling motor one year for her birthday. Told her she could even run it once and awhile . Another true story ,

Not sure that one worked out in the short term. I think I know how it turned out in the long run since I don't hear about her running the trolling motor !

May be a pretty good crowd in the area on that weekend. The C&R area below Bull Shoals Dam opens back up 2/1 after being closed since 11/30 for the brown trout spawn. It was pretty crazy up there last year. Lots of people from out of state. Just saying you might want to check on accommodations.

        If she begins to get board I hand her the remote. Here's something for you to do. You know Idle hands are  the devils workshop . She witnessed how well Duckydotys worked Wednesday with spot lock, Oh man thanks john for this years present idea !,

The last few years have been crazy up there.  Much more than even 7-8 years ago.
