End of July might be open however. In the meantime consider this to be fair warning - Kathy and I are coming back down a week from Saturday. Now, she doesn't possess the same level of destructive powers that my brother and I do but she has been known to conjure up some pretty impressive stuff nonetheless so just sayin'.......
