I thought I was hitting that Sunday but I just couldn't find them and if I did they wouldn't bite.
Seth Posted December 10, 2019 Posted December 10, 2019 Maybe I just don't bass fish enough these days during winter time to remember right. I know the trout and crappie sure do bite when it's nasty during the winter! I know I rarely go when it's nice and sunny out because the fishing blows compared to the crappy days for me not to mention you have to actually deal with other anglers. trythisonemv, snagged in outlet 3 and MoFisher22 2 1

You should find a bunch there. Good numbers of 12-16 inchers is definitely what i would consider a great day. Thanks everyone for the info. Think im going to try a few spots friday when its warm, ill update if i catch anything worth mentioning. fishinwrench, Johnsfolly, trythisonemv and 2 others 5
Bushbeater Posted December 12, 2019 Posted December 12, 2019 Caught a smallie on the lake yesterday, maybe some do move down out of the river or creeks to warmer deeper water. snagged in outlet 3, MoFisher22, trythisonemv and 1 other 4
Mitch f Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Kids are both home from school due to the blizzard. So I tied some jigs. These always work well in the winter.
