We're going to have a fairly slow weekend Jan 3-4 so I thought I'd offer to hold a JigFest here that weekend.  Not sure when I could do it later in the winter/spring.  And it hasn't been too cold so far this winter.

So we can do $25 per person per night, double occupancy (minimum), 2- night minimum.  We could do one night but won't know that until closer to the event (depends on availability).

At Riley's, everyone piled in to 2 big houses.  We could do the same thing here... or we do have smaller rooms for just 2 people.

We're going to waive stall charges.  50% off on boat rentals.

Unless we get some rain between now and then, we should see really good water for jigging... although there's a lot of jerk baitin' going on at JigFest now.

Right now, I'll take reservations.  Let's see who's interested.

Going to be hard to beat the White River weekend sounds like.  But we still have Frank lurking around :)

Of course we are headed back to Maryland on the 29th . Going to have to pass on that weekend. Unfortunately due to timing, this will be another get together that I will have to live vicariously through your posts. Will feed the drive to get back out that way! I am currently pushing my wife on a Taney or White/Norfolk river trip in March.

Sorry Phil, I cannot make it.  More's the pity.  Taney in January and February is when I like it best.

I’d love to Phil, BUT I’m going to be out of the country. Mexico.

I'd be all over this but I head to Minnesota the next weekend. If I am lucky I may pull off a day trip over but don't count me as a yes for any planning purposes.

I’ll be in Trinidad &Tobago.

Oh my, I spent 2 years down there working on a project.

Enjoy a few Caribs, along with the local roti and a double for lunch. Not to mention the Angostura Old Oak rum.

Also some of Richard's bake and shark at Maracas bay.

Great tarpon fishing on the Atlantic side.

Would love to as well but will be in Nassau with the fam.  Looks like Ham and Richard have same tropical idea.  Lol

There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!

I think my family is doing their xmas dinner on January 4th this year. If I can worm my way out of that, I'll definitely go. I'm not sure why we are doing it so darn late this year anyways.
