My grandma once collected the carcasses of some crappie filleted and took them home to fry.  We don't even leave the skin on suckers anymore.  Trout, i don't even know when the lady time I ate a trout was, don't care if I ever eat another one or not.  Smaller fish like greenies on a creek bank, scaled and head/gut out are pretty tasty just on a stick with some salt, just thinking about that brings back memories.

There is one fish that I really dislike...Tilapia

I don’t care how you cook it. It has become popular in the last 15 years for some reason. Probably the ease of farm raising them.

I may have misunderstood and, aren’t tilapia the bait fish that helped grow the monster Bass in falcon?? Border Shad??

I wont eat ANY farm raised fish, or ANY seafood imported from Asia. They feed Tilapia poop in Asia....Saw Tilapia for 99 cents a lb at the Mexican Market in Marco, IL Florida, and nobody would touch it. Grouper heads & snapper were selling fast though.

Now I will agree with the Chinese. I used to breast them out because I was lazy. But man, have ever had Peking Duck cooked right? One of my favorite meals.Leave it whole!!

Not enough man, not enough.  They are the worst to try tp pick too.  Give me a duck breast filet.  Turkey same way.  You will never hear about me doing anything with a wild turkey other than breasting it out, making strips and then quick fry.  Turkey legs are for at the fair where somebody else does all the work.
