Nice job man!  You deserve a weekend like that as I know you've had some tough ones before this trip.

Glad you found a consistent jerk bait bite.  I'm sure the lack of pressure and them not seeing lures chucked at them day in and day out likely makes them more eager to bite.

Going to be some great fishing when all this crud is over with...  Thanks for the report.

Thanks man, it was a trip for the ages. Likely won't ever happen again in the same day or two-day period. We could have landed seven trophy browns in one day if we could've got them all landed..that is just insane!

Go to bed DJ .Get your rest so you can fish this summer.

You know me and my sleep patterns or lack there of lol... I'd much rather be fishing than slammed working on this hot mess of a pandemic...

Thanks for that.  I think it's just from having my 3 girls.   I've adjusted to life on 4 hours of sleep for my usual schedule and even sleeping in I can never sleep more than 6 or 7.

That and I'm not too smart and skip sleeping altogether when fishing gets in the way and I'll run up to that 40 hour mark allot with no sleep...  I'll usually crash after that for a while though.

It's a blessing and a curse :)

The fishing in the outlets is unreal right now, too, FYI. I have landed two 20-inch rainbows today. This is unbelievable. Steve Dickey and his client landed a 7-lb walleye and a 3.5-lb walleye last night as well as several 15-18" trout. The big fish are eating and it's the time to be here. I wonder if lack of pressure has anything to do with it?

Any idea what the walleyes came on?

Yep black woolly. Anything big and black at night works well. Could use a variety of flies.
