So I guess you don’t know what the top represents.

Because people keep changing the meaning of what they fly for, and what they represent.

This one...Screenshot_20200607-105217~2.png

was originally to honor officers that died while serving their community.  And while to some it still does, it now also flys in representation of the special unspoken bond that all LEO's have that separates/elevates them from us lowly civilian's.  🙄

The only real reason to fly a flag of any design.....is to demonstrate your loyalty to a certain group.   Screenshot_20200607-111548~2.png

Both are Confederate Flags. Neither are the Flag of the Confederate States.

The top one represents what a person wants it to.

I have always thought  it was to alienate people not in that certain group. You show your loyalty by serving or financing.

Think about this some in this country had a set. Same as 13 colonies had a set to turn against a far superior country not seeing eye to eye Laws.

Would the 13 colonies be considered Traitors? Probably.

Yes they were and the King spent tons of money and munitions to suppress them but failed. Had the Confederacy won their government could have set standards for flags within their borders, they did not win and were reabsorbed into the Union even given amnesty for their traitorous actions.

There is only one flag I will fly. It’s  got 50 stars and 13 bars. Screw U if you fly another on top. The confederacy lost, same as a nazi flag IMO.

I fly two flags.  Stars and Stripes on the top where it belongs, and then the Eagle, Globe and Anchor.
