I've got a Fishpond Waterdance pack I use when I'm warm water fishing around here and have their tippet holder thingy on a small carabiner on the side.

To the boat.  These are 300 yard spools. 

My boat boxes are rather large. The only thing I want dangling off of me is a set of clippers.

Carpet has no place in any fishing boat that I will ever own.  Like the look of that seadeck.  Spray in bedliner works great.  So does just regular old textured porch paint.  Always go with a light color!

I figure it will be kinda nice while drifting around waiting for the blitzes to begin.   It folds right down out of the way in about 6 seconds.

Plus......if the mechanic did a piss poor job and I end up adrift, trolling motor battery goes dead, and I break my paddle..... I have a sail.  😅

I am in the market for a bimini, trying to decide 3, or 4 bow.   What are your thoughts between the two? 14' Landau.   I'm a wimp, don't want all the sun.
