Depends on what a person studies and stays active in. “Wise” means one has a high average outcome across all situations, so wisdom is what older folks typically have that younger folks lack. “Smart” means one does spectacularly well in a few situations. Young bucks often know more than they need to about a couple things, but overall they are ding-a-lings.
