I want Zaldain to win badly.  I've fished Ray Bob alot and with the water set up high like this I truly believe Steve Kennedy is going to be tough to beat and I love him too.  I think he's possibly the best swimjig fisherman on the planet and it's setting up perfect for him.  Losing fish has always been his Achilles heel so he's gotta land them this week for sure.

Going to go with Clark Wendlandt. I will almost always pick Palaniuk, but for some reason CW just keeps nagging at me.

Luck is where preparation meets opportunity...... Or you could just flip a coin???B)

I have Palaniuk also....But Bill Lowen might be one that sneaks in. I almost choose Kennedy in my fantasy roster but thought nah!

BASS would give TV time to Palaniuk and Zaldain if they were next-to-last and dead last, respectively. They are their "pretty boys" for sure but both have had years to win something big and neither has delivered. Give me Chris Jones anyday. I have a close friend in Oklahoma who has known him for years and said he's the real deal ... heckuva shallow-water fisherman and a genuinely darn nice guy. Not saying that Palaniuk and Zaldain aren't nice guys but I am saying they get more than their allotment of camera time.

Well I said before it started that losing fish was Steve's issue and he lost two that cost him close to 13 pounds that if he lands he's running away with it. I'm sick for him, I want him to win so badly

Zaldain cant seem to win big but Palaniuk has won a ton, i think like 5 elites,  1 AOY, the Bass nation, and i think an Open this year too. Just not a classic yet.  Its more than most guys will do in 50 years

I remember Palaniuk winning on Bull, that was a while back, maybe 7 years or so.  I also remember him being in the mix on Grand, I think it was a Classic - had his friends and family watching from the shore where he was fishing a crank.  Might have been the Classic Pace won on Grand.
