Tourney entry fee $20 per person (youngsters under 15 can fish for free), fees to be donated to charity - my suggestion would be Christian Action Ministries - CAM is a charity that feeds the needy in the local community and if Phil is able to make it, we can hand him the envelope with the money, makes things easy. The money would be donated under Bo's name. However if Bo had a favorite charity that we could make the donation to, that would be fine. I would suggest we have the post tourney get together at a mid-lake location. After doing a little research, I see that Aunts Creek has a pavilion, and the campground closes on Sept. 15. (more about the date in a bit). Campbell Point also has a pavilion but campground does not close until Oct. 31. I don't know much about the mid lake to lower end parks so if someone has a better suggestion for location that would be great. Dates - I would think we would want to wait until the weather has cooled down for a lot of reasons - less rec traffic, better on the fish that are in the live well, more comfortable fishing. So, I'd propose Saturday Oct. 16 or Saturday Oct. 23. Don't want to push the date into November because then it will interfere with the folks that deer hunt. Participating in the tourney is not mandatory, if you want to show up just for the dogs and burgers get together that is fine also. You can also fish for anything you want too, you don't have to participate in the bass tourney. Bass tourney would be one bass format, biggest black bass wins the plaque. Open to any suggestions, just wanted to put something on the wall to get the ball rolling. Appreciate getting the information.

Too much Delta variant running rampant around here! Although I’ ve had the shots; our daughter caught it and she had been fully vaccinated. Mitch f 1
Macsimus Posted July 17, 2021 Posted July 17, 2021 Wow, I'm very saddened by this news. Never had the privilege of meeting Bo but feel like I knew him from all of his posts and all of your wonderful comments about him. Prayers lifted for his family. aarchdale@coresleep.com Posted July 18, 2021 Posted July 18, 2021 Love this idea, ill be there. only ting i suggest is do a 3 or 4 fish limit per boat I think it will draw more people. Either Way ill have an open seat for any OAF member if they need a boat to fish from. I think Aunts is a great central spot for a lot of people. I would be happy to donate extra for the creators of those plaques Daryk Campbell Sr, liphunter and Quillback 3
