Funny topic, as I recently took pictures of this feral cat, and our "rescued" cat.  Ours is the black and white one I swear she is many species in one. She hops like a rabbit,  she has a mouse face, owl eyes.. cant think of others we've noticed.  This other one from my mom's house is gray one.  I think it has the face of a wolf or fox.

You need some mousers wrench.  Got to keep the mice out of the boats.  Guess that might cut down on work to do though. 😀

For whatever reason I've never had mice around here.   I've owned this property since 1998 and have never (not even once) found a single mouse turd anywhere in my house, or in my shop.

My neighbors say the same, so there's something about this ridge that mice apparently don't like.   And I'm thrilled 😁

Cats and their little paw prints all over my customers boats will not be permitted.....so they get a pellet in the brain immediately.  It's not really fair because I know that boats smell like fish....and they just wanna look around.....but sometimes life isn't fair. 🙄

Had a Cat one time setting on my lap. Mouse fell, Cat just looks at me did you see that?

Now had a Jack Russell he would take a wall out to get a Mouse.

While I’m thinking of it. There was a Buck hit up on the highway. I told my wife that it had to be fresh.

My wife says no. Why? Think about it. You have no Pickup today, your Arms are not working so who would have to dress it ? Plus it is warm.

I only get them on my cameras at night around here.  Unless they are hurt.

This one was coming at night until he realized I wasn’t going to hurt him.

Squirrels are worse. They actually follow me wanting Corn but I have been feeding them for years.

Out at the farm Turkeys would eat 50 pounds in one day.

Stray and feral cats are nothing more than a job that needs to be taken care of.  Let 2 live last spring because I couldn't get rifle up to shoulder, BOTH had litters of kittens.  10 total.  Not happening again.

Understand having an expanding stray population. Pretty easy to trap and dispose. Just don't  be surprised how many you might end up catching.
