A refund should have been offered and I think all of us have had a bad guide or 2 in our day (I sure have).  I looked at his facebook page and it doesnt look like you left a review on there so that might be a good place to voice your frustrations and let him respond to what happened and maybe he will make it right.  A lot more people will see your facebook review than this forum post.

To me it was fair at the time.  On a desktop computer it displays your screen name, number of posts and where you you are from.  So it says Nebraska and it was your first post.  I said I understand your frustration but simply pointed out a fact about your first post.  I take no offense to being called names.  But I think it was fair to point out.

Why are all these grown men so sensitive to words!!!! This is absolutely out of control. They even curse in Incredibles 2 which is a PIXAR film.  I guess no one rode the school bus growing up or has watched a movie in the last decade.
