Foster  Had to come up with an Austrailan name for him. when he was young he was a chick magnet.. Thought if I was young and single again I would get a new puppy every 6 months. Now he's the best hunting dog ever. I canbe gone all duck season and my wife never complains. an artist friend and dog lover painted his portrait.

We love Foster and he has even been to the house. Pat did some dog sitting while Curt and I shot some doves :) .   I might add Foster likes anything that comes out of the smoker.

A great dog from yesteryear.  This photo is from 1979.  Taken on Long Branch Lake on a flight day.  I can remember it like it was this morning.  RIP Dexter, I still think of you often.

Edit:  Oopise, I just confirmed it was actually 1983.  Still qualifies as yesteryear though.
