Dutch
So how often do you guys change plugs? I changed mine in the Opti every 100 hours and got 14 good years out of it. So that would have been 8 sets. grizwilson and snagged in outlet 3

fishinwrench
How often do you change them in your vehicle or lawn mower? You'd be better off concerning yourself with aged fuel.....than aged spark plugs. dan hufferd

fishinwrench
As a matter of mechanical science, y'all should be changing injectors more frequently than spark plugs.......But you ain't gonna, cuz they are over 400.00 apiece 😅 If you truly want to save your motor and preserve performance though..... that's what you should be changing. Now, with that in mind.....How much prouder are you of EFI/DFI technology vs. Carburetors? 😉

My 2004 xr6 has never left me adrift.......well maybe once when the master mechanic at Mcallister marine put a new pick up tube in my gas tank that only went down half way....i kept on having issues running out of gas....my tank has a step on it and needed a pickup tube that hit the bottom. you would think when he pulled the long tube out it would have been a sign. grizwilson
