My sister in-law makes a wicked étouffée.   But I like to yank her chain and tell her it’s just another condiment 😁 and where’s the protein to put it on.

I will bring a fish fryer, and canola oil.   I'll bring some toasted ravioli also.

anyone have a big rice cooker they can bring?  or just want to pre-make a large amount of rice?
