Hope you have a plan for medical coverage till you're eligible for Medicare.

Unless I suffer a severe laceration, or a broken bone, I'll place my bets on being a self-healer.   And yeah I'm covered there.

Don't have much faith in the medical community otherwise.

Isn’t it great to know that the Social Security you paid for all your life will be bankrupt in 12 years?

It should be enough to at least survive on, but I don't know of anywhere that I could live on 800.00/mo.

Not even in a van down by the river. 😔

I think you could do it.  Quit smoking, quit drinking, cut off your cell phone and eat those delicious stocker trout for every meal. What a life!!

They've been saying that for a long time, if they let all the new undocumented into the system, it might be true.

My problem with it is they call it “entitlement”.  They took my money for almost 50 years and then denigrate me for wanting it back when they promised.

Yep, about there myself. I will wait until 65 at least so I can get the Medicare. My mother-in-law passed away back in the spring and thankfully she left us some nice CDs and Walmart stock that has added up pretty nice. My wife wanted to sell all of them until I talked her out of it and told her to put it away for when we retire. I know one thing, I'm not too proud to ask for any discounts available to me right now!  lol
