    I've been worried about it for a little while. I hope I'm wrong, but I know we haven't been dry for the winter, and spring is traditionally very wet. The grounds are saturated, and I'm told ad alot of snow pack up north. A coworker says we will see similar flooding as 93. I hope he is wrong.

    Why use (x) line with (x) leader? I understand some of the reasons for choosing line, but other than fly fishing, I never understood a leader. (In Missouri)

    Good info Seth. It seems that it is just like fishing always is. No magical bait/location/time etc. It could be argued however, not nearly as many people are trying the "big fish" bait. (And I'm ok with that.) As excited as I am about the buzz, I'm just getting to a point in my life to be able to make the trip down a few times a year, I don't think I will appreciate the crowding it may cause. Hopefully I'm wrong.

    I killed the skunk, but have no picture to prove it. I caught an orange throated darter in spawn colors. Attached is a stock photo, to give you an idea of the beauty.
