So reading this you did not brown or sear the meat after the sous vide bath? Thanks, BilletHead The boneless shoulder was around 5 pounds. I did not sear the cooked shoulder. I steaked it and covered it with the potato kraut mix. If I were to sear, I would do it before I rubbed it with 5 spice and then seal it for the sous vide.

Flysmallie Posted August 30, 2018 Posted August 30, 2018 We make wings on Fridays sometimes at work. The best ones get smoked for a bit, sauced, breaded, fried, sauced, fried again, and finally sauced. They are delicious. snagged in outlet 3, Daryk Campbell Sr, MOPanfisher and 2 others 5

The steaks were seasoned with salt and pepper then cooked in a trace of olive oil. Once they were flipped, drizzled with teriyaki glaze and flipped again to caramelize the glaze on both sides of the fish. Steamed broccoli drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette and homestyle new potatoes. Not shown was a leaf lettuce salad with cashews, black olives, artichoke hearts, and raw broccoli. Man I should of had you bring a steak back buddy. I would of traded for walleye. That is with the permission of Livie since it was her fish.
