MOPanfisher Posted February 28, 2020 Posted February 28, 2020 My wife gores to great lengths to get a slight char on brussel sprouts and sometimes mixes in some cranberry raisins with them which I like, then drizzle balsamic on them. They can go from a nice char to dang I burned them pretry quickly though. Johnsfolly 1

MOPanfisher Posted February 28, 2020 Posted February 28, 2020 Old school classic with a twist tonight. Wife away so I opted for grilled cheese and tomato soup. Mom got some deli sliced ham in the middle of her sammich, and the soup had some leftover red sauce that was heavy in garlic and basil added. Added a good dill pickle and some cottage for cheese for her and boom upscaked classic. rps, ness and fishinwrench 3

Terrierman Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 I've given up cooking and eating until this pandemic is over. Johnsfolly and fishinwrench 1 1
Terrierman Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 Actually I'm making texas toast with mashed avocado and leftover rotisserie chicken sandwich. Poor folks and all that. Plus a dram of Jameson. Glad to be getting well again and more or less back to what I refer to as normal. fishinwrench and Gavin 2
