mjk86 Posted July 31, 2015 Posted July 31, 2015 Congrats, Rick. You can troll with the best of 'em. You would know. Your the worst on this entire forum when it comes to trolling/ stirring the pot.
vonreed Posted August 1, 2015 Posted August 1, 2015 You would know. Your the worst on this entire forum when it comes to trolling/ stirring the pot. Yeah, I concur. It's been ridiculous at times.

Sam Posted August 1, 2015 Posted August 1, 2015 Besides the photos being yellowed and pre-digital, the Ozark Mountain Ducks ballcap in the center picture tipped me off right away. I believe the Ducks played from 1998 through 2004, then folded when the Springfield Cardinals came to town. So unless the guy kept that hat in real good condition for 11 to 17 years, the bass he's holding comes from many generations back. Champ188 1
Ham Posted August 1, 2015 Posted August 1, 2015 There is a Huge difference between having strong opinions and being willing to defend those opinions and being a troll. I've never seen anything from Champ that I thought was being a troll. Flysmallie, Champ188 and Hunter53 3 Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
nomolites Posted August 1, 2015 Posted August 1, 2015 I was taught, and I say that because this DID NOT come naturally, that we should be looking to encourage others to enjoy hunting and fishing and thereby securing it's future by being positive and supportive even when we do not necessarily consider another's accomplishments to be all that. That fellow with the small fish that he is so proud of? Look for the great things about that fish and understand how important it is to him and share his enthusiasm for his catch. The same thing goes for the guy, or gal, with the spike buck trophy, because to them it is just that. Not everyone has the same skills, opportunity, or experience and to each the experience means something different. I have found that when I am able to build somebody else's self esteem with regard to our beloved sports I sometimes come away with more than they did...and that's a winner. Those are some nice fish, I wish I could have caught them. Mike Greasy B, tho1mas and Laney 3
Members Laney Posted August 1, 2015 Members Posted August 1, 2015 We need more responses such as this on this forum! You really hit the nail on the head with that statement. Thanks for posting it.
moguy1973 Posted August 1, 2015 Posted August 1, 2015 Rick does this to get a rise out of people. And people have provided that for him. Congrats to all. -- JimIf people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson
