magicwormman Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 Great report and nice fish. I think it's strictly a big fish bait. Lots of topwater baits will beat it for numbers, spook, fin, dog, yellow magic, ect. But when the big girls want big bait, it's like the A-rig. The good news, it's not a 30-50 dollar lure! dtrs5kprs, Fish24/7 and 5bites 3
MOPanfisher Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 Since I am in the city on Grampa duty today, me and the little man may just have to hit BPS and see what one looks like. Of course I still have a Weed Walker and a Tornado Spinner (Shoestring Dubois) bait somewhere also, so smarts ain't necessarily my forte.
dtrs5kprs Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 It's the 5 inch . . . but it feels bigger with the extended hardware and large hooks . . . kind of like casting a "WEIGHTED CORN DOG" RPS needs one. Right on deck beside the top dollar. That way he can throw the corn dog and the potato chip! shark bait, magicwormman, Champ188 and 1 other 4
MOPanfisher Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 Well now I own one. 3.5 inch rainbow trout. Choice was easy, it was the only peg that wasn't empty. Already a little disappointed. Walked past several of the aquariums and driver over a small creek and no bass or any other fish seemed to notice. magicwormman and jolicious 2
Members Willyh08 Posted October 7, 2015 Members Posted October 7, 2015 We saw these at the BASS University in Tulsa last winter. Ish Monroe was selling them and we thought it was a joke. Didn't know my buddy actually bought one till we used it at a tournament and caught just under 27 lbs with it. Sure glad I bought mine several months ago.

Gavin Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 Its a rubber chicken...A gift from some friends who couldn't make our winter float trip in 2006. They left a nice note. magicwormman and Flysmallie 2
Riverwhy Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 I sense a tremendous amount of exaggeration. A real whopper. magicwormman 1
jpb2187 Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 Looks like a downsized Top Raider Musky Plug. Was originally designed as a musky lure, then made into a bass lure.
