Ham Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 I don't really think you're giving away the store when you talk about stripers/hybrids in a tailrace. Pretty common knowledge. grizwilson, Johnsfolly, Coosa and 1 other 4 Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish

We'll that was kinda the same thinking I had since I have seen tons of boats fishing there. I just never fished there before, always to busy drinkin a few "Kool-aids" with friends that don't fish .BUT posts like I posted affect more people than just me so I will be less detailed from now on Daryk Campbell Sr 1
BilletHead Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 No Coosa keep them coming. They are my favorite fish to catch on the fly rod. You boys did good and I am happy for you. Go back and repeat. Make a log book. Discover a pattern. Repeat year after year in same conditions. Again well done gentlemen, BilletHead Ham I never did hear the broken rod story. Will have Richard tell the story and then have you tell the story and compare. Now don't you two get the same story going or I know you guys have been collaborating, Marty dtrs5kprs, Daryk Campbell Sr, grizwilson and 1 other 4 "We have met the enemy and it is us", Pogo If you compete with your fellow anglers, you become their competitor, If you help them you become their friend" Lefty Kreh " Never display your knowledge, you only share it" Lefty Kreh "Eat more bass and there will be more room for walleye to grow!" BilletHead " One thing in life is for sure. If you are careful you can straddle the barbed wire fence but make one mistake and you will be hurting" BilletHead P.S. "May your fences be short or hope you have long legs" BilletHead
Daryk Campbell Sr Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Yes, that is what this is all about. You aren't going to give it all away when there are plenty of people are already there. If no one shared at all, none of us would be enjoying the sport. Imagine that. Johnsfolly, BilletHead and Coosa 3 Money is just ink and paper, worthless until it switches hands, and worthless again until the next transaction. It's good to have friends. Share the pic. I deleted my copy of it, but I could always re-photograph the pieces if it helps. I'll follow my instructions and wait to tell my "version" of it. Its been a tough year for my fishing gear. My cousin broke 4 inches off the end oof one of my Browning Air Stream rods Monday afternoon. Back to my Dorber's for now. It makes me cry a little looking at pieces of a TWS.
