Jerk bait colors

Much bigger deal than color, is having a bait that will pull and roll right. Same for rate of rise/sink. That's why you need so darn many different sticks.

I would without a doubt add Norman Flake to the sunshine days, it is my go to.

Sore Thumbs hit the nail right on the head with Elergy bone... that blessed thing is fantastic till the sun hits the water and from then on out it needs to be hidden deep in the confines of the tackle box.  I have really never seen a bait that is that productive in the early morning just go as dead as it will when it brighten up.

yep/ or the spro if you can't fi d the rc stx, and if I was limited to 3 it would be the ones champ showed

I tried the RC Stx yesterday. Though it looks like a megabass it doesn't feel or react like a megabass. I think with a little tweaking with weight distribution it will be a fine bait.

The Spro is about as good as it gets for an all purpose stick.

I really need to get some confidence with jerk baits.  I've only ever caught one fish on one and it was a park pond dink.  I have one RC and the rest I've ever thrown were SK KVDs.
