Quite the ethical sportsman you are.   That line should be in the poachers code of ethics.

I have Chinese in laws who will eat every spot in the state if you let them. I usually bring them home.

So Mitch puts out a big collection bin that the spots slide down into some sort of big soup caldron, it adds spices and other ingredients, and we can take a bowl and dip out some soup on the other end, sounds good to me.

Believe it or not, they chop all fish into 1" chunks, bones and all.
