My split ring pliers finally showed up!

I guess all the talk on this forum had folks ordering like crazy. Mine were on back order and showed up today. Put them to use along with my Stinger #5 hooks for my warts.

Blood blisters or not?  Thats what I want to know.  I have never been able to change a split ring with the cheap ones.

I received mine like two days after I ordered them but they're still in the package sitting on the garage workbench.  I'm actually a little bit afraid to go near them as I every time I look their way I start having flashbacks of or ripped fingernails, slashed fingertips, hemorrhaging blisters, hand cramps and uncontrollable fits of emotional rage.  And that was from replacing ONE treble hook a few years back!

Now that winter has returned, I guess I need to get it out of the thinking stage and go all in.  At least I'll have a few days to heal while the snow melts I guess.

And to think they look so harmless in the package.  Downright docile at times.  Hard to believe they're actually weapons grade.

You forgot to mention crawling around on the floor looking for the split ring that just popped/sprung out of the pliers and bounced off two walls.
