You'd like the first 15 miles across the border. Hills and trees, BBQ, Cabela's, BPS.

Anything west of Topeka is the Outback. For all I know they have kangaroos and covered wagons out there.

I actually have quite a few friends in the Kansas City area. All of whom I met in college at MU. Have stayed with friends behind enemy lines before in Leawood. I slept with one eye open 'round Jayhawk country. Also did venture to Mission/Overland/Shawnee area to pick up some cowboy boots. That's as far as I was willing to go into hostile territory. But honestly I really like KC and haven't been beyond that into Kansas. At least not while on the ground.

You know Vernon.....I have to question what is going on here.....why are you not telling us that you do not wear heels?!?!

I am all for diversity but there is NO heel wearing on OA!!

Think about it - that is a real safety issue on the boat...getting your heel caught in between the lids!! Maybe a temporary ban is needed ;)

I didn't say that, did I?  About the heels?  Hmm.  I guess I kinda did.  Woulda kinda rather have not let that part out if you know what I mean.

Actually, they USED to have kangaroos and covered wagons out there.  However, they left too.

Moral or mortal?  I think you meant "mortal" right there.  Yeah, mortal.

Gonna give you a "like" now that I know what you meant to say.

Between the KU and Duke, eight games gotta be won before that becomes an issue to me.

Although I sure hope it does happen seein's how that would mean we're in the Final Four.

AND the fact that we're one of only EIGHT teams to have already beat y'all.

I know, I know, it was early, y'all had injuries, you were really young, it was really cold out, the sun was in your eyes.............

After all of that, I really do think Duke's the best team in the tournament at this point of the season.

However, the good news for us is the best team hardly ever wins this thing anymore.  Too many teams and too many games if they REALLY want to identify the best team in the country that is.
