Went to Barnes Jewish today on the West Side and got kicked out.  Told not to come back for a year.  Cancer got moved over to the "BEAT IT" column.  That one is officially over.

Despite all of the crazy going on this year, I has had its moments.  That was the best.  I am going to miss them.

The Doctors and Nurses I have been with the last 5 years were great.  I can't say enough about them.  They have been like family.  I have watched Doc's kids grow up.  Most visits end up with more personal than business.

Just like the stuff around here.  Thanks for all of the prayers.

5 years ago this weekend, I was closing out my work for a 6 month stint battling the cancer.  Today, went shopping, did everything I wanted to do, and enjoyed a good buffet.  Tomorrow, grandson and the farm doing some spring cleanup.  I have made it back to the top of the heap.

Looking back at this, I count my blessings.  Norm M died of the same procedures.  Big_D has not posted on here since 2017.  I have been in touch with many of you on here that are battling the cancers that seem to attack us all these days.  Keep the faith, it can be beaten.

Another milestone JD congrats friend.  Glad you enjoyed your day. Watching Pat and being with her during her Cancer journey has a way of making you look at like different. You know that also.  I can think of one positive that is our bond now. You are right,

I had never even heard of the cancer I had before it hit me.  My Doc buddies missed it.  Lucky for me, my Dentist had some experience with it and we nailed it early.

I have run into so many since with the same cancer.  My cousin got hit 6 months after my first surgery.  I really can't believe its not the cell phones we use on a daily basis that cause the rise in head and neck cancers.  But, nobody will ever go after that.  I use speaker phone and bluetooth in car now.  Seldom will I put the phone to my head.
