Looks like we are going to be delayed on coming down until Saturday instead of Friday. Looks like we won't be able to make the tourny after all. We are bummed as we were looking forward to it.

Looks like  I'm out, boat and trailer both took a crap on me today. I'm reporting fish hitting the ned (surpise) and another favorite of mine, the fluke. Good luck all..

That is to bad to hear Hunt & Dblade - - was looking forward to meeting you both.....hunt - - maybe I have a chance to win that participation trophy since you are not bringing down your ringer

Just wanted to make sure my plan of attack for sat. was ok with everyone.  Still have not found a reliable trailer for my boat, so was hoping my son and i could take off out of Baxter where we keep it, and fish that end of the lake.  Sounds like weather could be as issue for a 45 min boat ride so was planning on driving to eagle rock for the after party  (I mean" hoot-n-anny"  )   I can sure be there at 6am for launch if needed, then drive back to baxter, but just wanted to check with everyone to make sure this plan is ok.

LL, you can launch from anywhere. You just have to weigh in your fish at eagle rock at 2:30. So you are good to fish Baxter

I would just encourage everyone to take extra good care of your fish if you are going to transport them by some method other than in your boat. Even if you trailer your boat/fish to Eagle Rock, please ensure your livewell is full and that your recirculating pump is on. Always a good idea to add some Rejuvenade or some other livewell treatment, too.
