My daughter is 18 at college and thinks they're gross.  Her group isn't into any piercings or tatts.  But it's out there.

My 22 year old thinks it's stupid. Have another one that's 15 and she almost pukes when she sees one, but wants her nose pierced.   I dunno which generation the guage thing belongs to but it's gonna look really gross when they decide to take it out.

I'm not bringing it to my 8 year olds attention because I don't wanna give her any ideas.  This is the one that isn't going to be happy until she has either a groundhog or a cow living in her room.
