He looks familiar... I feel like I had him as a college professor.

He's obviously a whiner. Most people are.

Go to fellows lake if boats make you cry.

It's the same as everyone on here whining about cabin cruisers and wake boats.

Everyone else's interests should be banned, because they're not my interests...etc.

I want to know what bass boats do 100mph...Allison's are the only ones I can think of.

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson

It’s so over the top. Never been 2,350 boats in a tournament around here. I understand where he is coming from to a small degree. There are always going to be rude boaters. It’s not just a few fishermen. It’s a few pontooners, wake boaters, jet skiers etc... Seems to have someone guiding his message.

That Skeeter tourney was in Texas.  350HP? The guy has lost his meds to the dog.

TinBoats BassClub.  An aluminum only bass club. If interested in info send me a PM.

Bass boats are a problem, but wake boats and cigar boats are A-okay! Someone needs to teach him a bit about physics. A bass boat on plane makes such a small wake that it may not even make it to the docks when it can potentially capsize small craft, flood Tokyo, whatever he felt like making up. A big cabin cruiser makes a wake that goes on for miles and is extremely dangerous to boaters and swimmers alike.

I know it’s in Texas, but he never says that. His story implies it’s local. He has no knowledge of what he is writing about. I guess anyone can be a columnist nowadays.

I don't have time, but someone should post the Missouri State Highway Patrol water patrol accident reports as a response, and ask him how many bass boats vs. other types of watercraft are involved in on the water incidents. His article has no basis in objective fact at all. Full stop.
