Sore Thumbs Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 The older Elite guys not named Evers are having a longer learning curve than some of the younger guys. I think you will see some old familiar names in this event. 100lb day is doable for sure. The Rock is on fire. Possible last wave of spawners moving up with the full moon. Should be fun to watch. snagged in outlet 3, Wart 57, STLbassbuster and 1 other 4

Evers has been an absolute monster in MLF so far. I always knew he was good, but he is really showing it off this year.
snagged in outlet 3 Posted May 16, 2019 Posted May 16, 2019 I guess they’ll fish different arms each day?

Good question. for them to switch each period you would think the launch location would have to vary due to the size of the lake and getting to each arm. 3 launch locations would be fantastic as you could watch these guys ply techniques from shallow to deep in most lake sections. The information would be fantastic for the Table Rock fishermen. Sore Thumbs, big c, Johnsfolly and 3 others 6 http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com

Sore Thumbs Posted May 16, 2019 Posted May 16, 2019 This is a regular event. Not a summit cup. If it’s like all the others they will have free reign of the lake. No going back during period breaks. They will take off from one location, have time to get to their spots then lines in. I really wish they would show the first period live. The best part of the day is the morning most times. I hope to watch it from the water. Not sure I’ll get to.

ITs sad how they have made it almost to confusing to follow. I listen to some Boyd Duckett interviews when the BPT started and even he had a hell of a time trying to explain it. Sore Thumbs 1
5bites Posted May 16, 2019 Posted May 16, 2019 Yea they kinda went overboard with everything imo. Just run a series and have a championship tournament. It’s a concept that works. Any other series should be with a different skill class of angler. Bfl/Costa/Flw for example
