Dang MDC is at it again!

Was out running around looking at the rivers this evening and just who do you think I run into??

Thats right! My local MDC agent. Here it is 6:15 on a Saturday on a holiday weekend and he's out doing his job!

But not only him, his supervisor, Jason Dickey,  of the SW Region is out too! On a holiday weekend! 

Dont they know they are supposed to be with their families on weekends?? 

The nerve of these guys!!

Probably 80x more fishing/hunting going on around here, and I haven't seen a single one, nor heard of anyone even getting checked, even throughout the whole spoonbill snagging and mass crappie slaughter season.   

Your guys down there are awesome, wish we had them here.

Now which is it? Either you always see them in their brand new trucks never getting dirty or you've never seen one?

And how do you get you have 80% more action there? You've never been close to my area.

When I do see them they are in fairly new 3/4 ton trucks without a single scratch in the bed, playing on a laptop. So it's kinda like when I see a buzzard flying around looking for something to eat...I don't see them often but I'm lead to believe that's pretty much all they ever do.

The fact that my yard is full of bassboats, and there was 71 tournaments on this lake last month, plus a white bass run, and everyone with a dock has loaded their feeezer with crappie, spoonbill, and catfish...well that kinda indicates there might be more fishin' going on here than there is in the creeks by your house.  😄 

I've been through your area plenty of times.

Wow let’s see hour and 15 minute drive grand lake, Stockton, Table Rock , Taney, Beaver; bullshoals, then so many smaller lakes to list bushwacker, fellows, lamar lake. Looks like Chief has more than the 100’s of miles of local rivers to fish

and wrench looks like your in the know with many a poacher if .you know their freezers are full beyond limits. perhaps call and report a few criminals?

 now if that new bill passes, might get on those confiscated boats n gear for sale, perhaps a few widely publicized busts will discourage taking too many beyond ones limit and the Giggers who slaughter the big smallies  from their wintering holes

even the bfers who dump fish at the boat ramps and woops a ‘ski for giggles

Well known Jason Dickey for years. Got to admit if I'm anywhere in the state and he is in the same area he makes sure to say HI! Know him and many others personally.
