Cat was most likely  chasing the deer and they ran into this guy.

I don't have a problem with him killing a bobcat IF it was a legal kill.  Around here bobcats are elusive but not rare.  A good bobcat pelt is one of the few pelts right now that have any value.  It would be like finding $50 laying on the ground.

I agree. If he did it legally.   I'd feel a lot better knowing it was done legitimately

It’s extremely rare to see one in daylight around here.  Considering how many there are. My camera is on a persimmon tree.

You should have seen the crowd at the elephant show at Grants Farm one year.  That was harder to explain.
