you do not understand the wind situation at all.  with the kind of wind yesterday, i made only one side of that dock usable.  if the corp had not put in all that shot rock, i would have been ale to pull up on the bank and let the passenger out, but that in not an option any longer.

Oh yeah!  I had to ask two separate groups last year if they were going to launch or what.  I waited patiently in my boat for them to clear the ramp for about 10 minutes.  After that I asked them to move and they both just looked at me like I was nuts.  I said there's only one ramp I want to go home and have a beer.  They hustled up after that.

I had to do this at Blue Springs CA on their gravel "ramp".  Gal was camped out in her lawn chair right in the middle of the ramp in the water.  She didn't move until I was about 3' from her as I inched slowly into the water.  She finally moved as my buddy started to pull his boat in and gave us dirty looks as why we were bothering her bath time.

Two years ago I come flying around the corner up to the ramp and this dude is standing there in the water stark naked all soaped up.  I just kept going past the ramp and fished for a while hoping he would be gone when I got back.  He was thankfully.
