The Caucus Mountains separate the Ukraine from Turkey and Iran/Iraq. Armenia sits in the middle of this. As do the traditional lands of the Kurds. Two things come of this. Earlier that day Facebook was ablaze about 5 Iranian looking dudes asking questions about the dam at JB Hook's restaurant. The law was called....it was a big deal.....then poof (Wooopsy) they had an accident.

As if Army Captains and Majors are taught really technical important stuff BEFORE they are schooled about crossing floodwater.    Riiiight.

5 guys from desert countries at LOZ and who would expect 5them to ask questions?  Guarantee they could get more and more accurate information about the Lake and Dam from a 30 second Google search than from some locals is a resturant.  They drive back to base in a flood, at night, on ozarks roads, yep sounds like the same guys who didn't kill Epstein for sure.
