The robins are thick up here in Aunts Creek

We see them every year seems a little early, but if that is a sign of early spring, all the better.

Today looks to be the last day for this cold weather.  High temps near 50 for the foreseeable future.

saw about 200 pelicans up on Truman in late December,pretty cool watching them glide around.

Yep, huge flocks of Robins over in Baxter area.  Saw them up in the danged Cedars and also out prospecting in the yard looking like they were trying to get worms turning their heads sideways then pecking at the ground.  We also have seen the resident Crows poking their large bills deep into the ground at the bottoms of grades but cannot determine what they are coming up with.   Wind is up, maybe it will blow the gloomy clouds away soon ?

No Robins, plenty of doves though. Saw 10 out the kitchen windows walking down the street  around 7:00 this morning. Probably drinking from the water puddles was my guess.
