I still can grow a field of grass but there is a lighter spot on the top back that struggles. Guess some fertilizer might help. If I let it go it would most likely look like a snow covered peak. One of the best things I ever did is start shaving the noggin. This reminds me I have to grab the razor and mow the lawn.

I found sweat runs more with no hair. I Military you find it is easier to care fore in the field.

China has never been our friend and never will be. I said this when Jimmy gave them exalted trade status and it's still true. They have always been takers.   They have never had nor ever will have the same values that westerners have, so there is never a full understanding or agreement.

I feel kinda ignorant about "world trade". So since y'all think I'm ignorant about just about everything anyway, I figure this is the best place to ask....

What does China have that we really need?   What would be the ramifications of we completely closed our borders to the Chinese, cut them off entirely, and stopped all communication and trade with them?

In short, why must we even maintain a relationship (good, bad, or otherwise) with them?     Why can't the U.S. just say "piss on you, we're done, have a good life, goodbye"?

One main thing they have is cheap labor.  If you don't mind paying more - some things a lot more - for what you buy, no harm no foul.

The other thing they have is a huge population that buys a lot of things from us.  If you don't mind seeing farmers suffering economically - for one good example - no harm no foul.
