Why cant this common sense be done by our Elected Officials (Note I'm not singling out D,R or Ind...They all suck).. Nevermind..I know the answer. .. been watching this sh#t show for a while now.. I dare you to challenge the assumption Chris puts out there

I do not think there is much realistic hope of stopping the spread of what is proving to be a true pandemic.  IMHO the focus should be shifting to strengthening the nation's health care capability.  Not give up on containment measures, but be prepared for a lot of sick people needing care.

The really stupid part is that we are gonna spend trillions of dollars, and go through all this needless BS loss and worry..... just because the mass of society won't stay away from each other for a few days.

If everyone would just pack themselves a bag and take a little vacation by themselves, or stay at home for a week WITHOUT GOING ON A BIG SHOPPING SPREE FIRST.....it would all go away.  

But Noooo, everybody just has to gather with the herd on a daily basis, or else they think they'll be miserable.....might (God forbid) run out of hair conditioner or something.

I've been saying this since day one.  If we can't stop the spread of flu or the common cold how are we going to stop this???

Our office has ravaged by Type A flu.  Literally 3-4 people every few days.

We had our first cancellation yesterday because of this.  A teacher in another state said that his school told him if they traveled out of state on their spring break, they'd have to take voluntary quarantine for 14 days.

We're bracing for a lull in business.  Shows in Branson are quaking in their shoes.

But this will pass.  Jump in to the stock market and then come fish.  There'll be a lot more trout after this is over.
