I'll tell you a little secret (about me)....Alot of the BS that I put on here really isn't because I'm a genuine douchebag 😂  It's because people come to my place who never post on here....but read the content faithfully.    They, for the most part, either think I'm a real hoot!  Or they hate my guts for the first 3 minutes they are here, then ease up quickly.   It kinda breaks the ice, in a fun kinda way.   It's a quicker route to friendship when approaching from the opposite direction....IYKWIM.

I learned that during my online dating phase.  The quickest way to get laid by a gal on a dating website is to immediately piss them off (mildly), then confidently do the needed "clean-up".    Nobody trusts and relaxes around a person who is always kissinass and being annoyingly proper. 😊  I'd rather greet someone that is pulling in with an attitude, than to greet someone who is all uptight and being phoney.  We all cuss, fart,  hock loogies, and call each other Pricks and Dickheads.  The sooner that 2 guys, meeting for the first time, get to that point....the better.

I personally think the forum is moderated perfectly.  We are adults, and if we cannot handle someone having a differing viewpoint then we need to grow up

Politics suck. The end. It amazes me how many people will ruin relationships arguing over which group of rich old farts are better for America. Seen it time and time again over the past few months from extremists on both sides.

I hate politics and still find myself getting sucked in to arguing over it. Usually I'm just calling people out for being hypocrites though.

Nobody that understands politics is going to be hurt by discussion of them, period. Only those with "yaller dog" party loyalties and no objectivity can become angry over talk of politics in person  on a forum.

Possibly.  I never tested that theory on the 400 pounders who's favorite activity was "reading".  😂 

I was always blown away by the number of "nurses".   Nearly every TRULY single female on the dating sites..... assuming that they DO HAVE A CAREER....is a nurse.   Works out good because what they really want is a Doctor....but they'll entertain fill-ins until a Doctor comes along.     No commitment required by other lowly laborers.  😊
