It is for most of us but the fish seem to just follow Buster to the cleaning table and then jump from the water up to it. 

When he launches at K-dock the walleye seem to know it and meet him at the ramp. 😀

you could back out far enough to break the ice to open water.

Theodosia area is/was completely iced over..
