It is tough to make one go bang accidentally. And home brewing a semi to full auto is generally NOT easy nor will fire more than a few times before jamming, just a waste of time with risk of prison for dessert. I am picturing a full auto pellet gun though! The full auto bb guns are pretty unimpressive. They burn thru the CO2 too quick. I had one of the Crosman full autos. For a day, went back to store. JestersHK Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 You can 3d print a rdias or you can use a coat hanger and bend it into a lightning link in less than 5 minutes to convert any AR15 to full auto. It will also get you no knocked by the Feds and they'll shoot your dog and give you a 10 year felony... Shooting full auto is a blast though, although expensive nowadays. In most situations if you need suppressive fire things have gone really wrong. It is still a right denied though unless you pay the tax which is total BS and I have paid for many a tax already... It is my understanding that tolerances are too tight. It'll swell up and seize within 15-20 rounds. Full auto receivers, to headspace, and chambers need to be sloppier than the pistons in a bored out Ford Fairlane. Terrierman 1

I got him a box of stick matches and let him have at it in the backyard. He went through the whole box and he satisfied his curiosity. No problems after that. I've never run across it, I've taken one of my short uppers and dropped it on a buddies registered receiver and ran like 3 quick mags through it no problem. Other than getting hot it was no worse to wear, but my exposure to full auto is limited. I've always understood that if you had a full auto bolt carrier it would trip the dias or the lightning link and let you run. Heat dissipation aside i think you'd want mil spec tolerances on all upper parts. I run vert grips because I'm old school and with a grip it was very controllable. I still don't take them super seriously, but with a .22 upper I bet they'd be a fun range toy. I'm actually been looking at the forced reset triggers as they are currently still legal and offer a nice fast fire rate. Johnsfolly and snagged in outlet 3 2
