Yea building them might be fun then there is filling them. Did some Gardening Saturday, told my wife it was too much like work. oneshot
fishinwrench Posted April 4, 2022 Posted April 4, 2022 For the cost of that contraption you could buy enough premium veggies to get you through 5 years. You "gardening types" are a sight to behold. 🙄

jdmidwest Posted April 5, 2022 Posted April 5, 2022 And being able to kill off tons of "critters" protecting your crops is fun. nomolites, BilletHead, MOPanfisher and 1 other 1 3 "Life has become immeasurably better since I have been forced to stop taking it seriously." — Hunter S. Thompson
Maverickpro201 Posted April 5, 2022 Posted April 5, 2022 I just deer proofed my raised beds yesterday. with some left over PVC pipe, left over fence 4 x 4 wire and some left over goat panels. worked out well. one area for watermelon and cantaloupes, the other has beets, carrots, onions, romaine lettuce and spinach. Big garden area is already deer proofed. Now though I see I have a big Groundhog that moved into a huge brush pile I have about 300 ft from the garden. He may die if he has a favorite veggie and becomes a meness. BilletHead 1

Done decided build these then put plastic or something under them so I don’t have to mow under them. oneshot
