bobby b.
I'm wondering how all the trees disappeared on the Corp property so that the homeowner could have a nice lake view. dtrs5kprs

Uh, oh! Was thinking same. Guessing there will be some follow-up from the COE!? Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted April 13, 2022 Root Admin Share Posted April 13, 2022 They pay a big fine... or fees... depends on how you view it. Makes no difference if you got the money to pay and want a view. grizwilson, bobby b., fishinwrench and 1 other 3

Paid a hefty fine, but then built and SOLD an entire subdivision. In the end I'm sure that he came out like a fat rat. Hey, if your property isn't all lakefront.....then bring the lake to all of your property, right? 😉 The original topo maps don't show it, of course.....But Navonics even recognizes it NOW. dtrs5kprs, Ron Burgundy, grizwilson and 2 others 3

He sold the property and the corp is just now letting the new owners make a 6 foot path to the lake but they have to follow the laws when they cut the path. magicwormman
