Dutch
Does anyone use them in today’s world? I got a box with a dozen in it. I haven’t thrown one in years.
fishinwrench
I still do. Particularly the Spoonbill deep Rogues. dtrs5kprs
aarchdale@coresleep.com
Do they still work? I thought you had to spend $25 to get a jerker that works these days nomolites, BilletHead, bfishn and 1 other

MrGiggles
I have trolled Rogue deep divers before and had good luck with them. I have a few of their jerkbaits but I'm not really proficient with them, or any jerkbait for that matter. -Austin
rps
Smithwick Top 20 Rogue is an outstanding trolling bait for times you need to go deep. The vintage Smithwick with lead wire wrapped around the middle treble so it would suspend was THE original jerk bait. Somewhere there are pictures of great stringers taken on it. Al Agnew
The Rogue still works as long as you weight it so that it suspends in a fairly level attitude. Most anglers today aren't attracted to it because it doesn't look as realistic as the high dollar jerkbaits with all kinds of realistic details and color patterns. But I don't really think the fish care much. Quillback
96 CHAMP
I haven’t been jerkbait fishing in the winter months in years but my personal best is 7-12 caught with deep diving spoonbill in silver and black as fishnwrench quoted. dtrs5kprs
DADAKOTA
Got boxes of them. Also lots NIB. More than willing to sell them.
dtrs5kprs
The old big Rogue is a gem. The 5 1/2" one. Much different roll and flash than the regular.
