as a jig hound myself I wanna know why no one (including me) makes a 1/4 ounce jig for when they are running flood gates or even 4 units?  I have a mold for them, I've thought about making some just for when they run the gates but never have gotten around to it.  Also on another topic is it true Tony Wedele only throws 1/8th ounce no matter if the water is running zero or 200?  That would sure take the guess work out of it.  Love your cnc mold Phil that sure as heck beats the one at a time do it mold crap!

Our next project will be a 3/16th jig.  And I do want to do a 1/4rd ounce too.  Tony - I don' t know.  I think he throws a 1/6th some.

Nice setup there.  Never knew you had a production facility stashed away down there.

Pretty cool. What do you have set up for ventilation & ppe? Employee Lead tests?

Hope you’re joking, you stopped being an accountant and turned into an OSHA compliance officer?

Anybody fish them for bluegill?  I'd think the 1/32 would work for them under a float.

I have been successful with Lilley's jigs on bluegill in Jeffco. I couldn't tell you what size(s)  I use.  I don't often use a float.

The only guy I knew who did full time tackle making using a spin-casting setup like that was very diligent about getting tested regularly for lead exposure.
